Pastor--Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy is the lead pastor/church planter for Cross Park Church.  Jeff grew up in Conover, North Carolina and was on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ for almost 14 years, serving on campuses in the Southeast U.S. and in East Asia. He is married to his wife Trish, and they have three little girls--Caroline, Claire and Julia.

Minister of Discipleship--Jordan Olshefski

Jordan grew up in the booming metropolis of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He received his B.S. from Elon University and is currently in his last year of the Masters of Divinity program at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte. He worked for several years in the business world before pursuing a call in ministry. Prior to Cross Park he served as the Adult Education Intern at Uptown Church, Charlotte. Jordan and his wife Evyn have 3 children.

Lisa Marie Ferguson comes to Cross Park with prior experience in Children’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, and Education.  She enjoys hiking and exploring in God’s creation, sewing, coffee, dark chocolate, and quality time spent well with others.  Most importantly though, she loves the Lord and His Word, and is excited about the opportunity to “tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord” Psalm 78:4.  Lisa Marie and her husband, Chris, have three children.

Intern--Chris Horne

Chris Horne is a native of Byron, GA (outside Macon) and a graduate of Georgia Southern University.  His wife, Sara Jane, is a proud graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (Go Bees!).  The two met at SCAD while Chris was working with Reformed University Fellowship.  Chris is a full-time seminary student, while Sara Jane is an excellent freelance textile designer and stay-home mom of their daughter, Georgia.

Administrative Projects--Missy Vandenberg

Missy Vandenberg is on volunteer staff providing administrative support for Cross Park church.  Born and raised in Blacksburg, Virginia, Missy came to Charlotte in 1997 after attending Virginia Tech where she majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management.  Her first 3 years in Charlotte she worked as the Catering Coordinator for the Charlotte Coliseum.    She then got a job with Bank of America where she spent the next 6 years doing project and event management for the Communications and Marketing departments of the bank.  Missy is currently a homemaker and full-time mom to her two sons, Jack (4) and Micah (2).  She, her husband Stanton and their children live in the Arboretum area of South Charlotte.

Intern--Bradford Green

Bradford Green is a full-time seminary student from Murfreesboro, TN. In 2008, he graduated from Lipscomb University with a B.A. in American Studies before moving to Pigeon Forge, TN and receiving a call to ministry. He and his wife Cristina- a native of Houston, TX- met working at Young Life’s Wilderness Ranch and have lived in Charlotte since 2010.
