Wendy Shank will host two evenings of discussion of the autobiography of John Paton\, a missionary to the South Seas islands in the mid 19th century. This gripping account of his life\, call\, and mission is a classic among missionary biographies\, and his love for Christ and the gospel will challenge any believing reader to risk anything to reach those who have not yet known or trusted our savior. We are looking at best ways to acquire book copies as a group\, but you are welcome to go ahead and purchase your copy on your own (this edition).
