CHILDREN’S MINISTRY ANNOUNCEMENT

PARENTS OF 4–YEAR–OLDS THROUGH 5TH–GRADE:

On Palm Sunday (3/24), we’re celebrating Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem with an opportunity for the children to sing up front after the sermon concludes.

GAMEPLAN

On 3/24, our children’s worship children will be given palm branches after their worship time and will be led in front of the podium while the band plays. If your child is a 3rd through 5th grader, they can hop in the procession and/or head to the front as the children’s worship children head toward the front of the congregation.

PREPARATION

Please begin practicing “Is He Worthy” at home. Have your child practice singing with this audio clip of “Is He Worthy” (stream/download). We are asking children to be prepared to echo the response to each of the verses, and (if they’re up for it!) the chorus. (lyrics below; small printouts will be available for your readers).

We look forward to celebrating King Jesus with your children!
